EA Play & E3 Week

EA Play & E3 took place just about two weeks ago in Hollywood, California and we got to see the upcoming games for the 2nd half of the year and the early quarter of 2019. EA Play and E3 are gaming conventions for the companies can show their new upcoming games. The events were open to the public where anybody can attend. Gamers could talk to developers, capture early footage, play a demo build, and connect with other gamers. So it's really a big event for a gamer. As I gamer myself, I was excited to see all of the new games being shown for the upcoming year.

To kick off the festivities, EA showcased their new lineup of new games. EA showed the next installment in the Battlefield series in Battlefield V. Also, we got to see  Unravel 2 and the newest EA Sports titles with Fifa 19, Madden NFL 19, and NBA Live 19. It was also announced that Madden would be on PC and NBA Live 19 would be having the Real Player Motion feature which is the same feature both Madden and Fifa has.

 EA also displayed the highly anticipated new MMO title Anthem. Now, Anthem was shown at last years EA Play press conference in 2017 with a teaser trailer. At this year's EA press conference, Anthem showcased a gameplay demo to give us a sneak peek of what we can expect once the full game comes out. EA did not disappoint with this year's EA Play event, I was thoroughly impressed with the games that were showcased. Can't wait for what's the future holds for EA!

After, EA play came to a close. It was time for E3. At E3 the big guns XBOX, Playstation, and Nintendo showcased their upcoming games for next year. Some games that were shown were Gears of War 5, The Division 2, The Last of Us II, Nioh 2, Devil May Cry 5, Ghost of Tsushima, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Those are some of the games that were shown at E3. I am excited about the upcoming year and for the future of gaming. So, if you're around LA or in the area, Check out EA Play and E3.
