Chainsaw Man Ep.5 Mini Review

 Episode 5 of "Chainsaw Man" premiered this week and it was straight to the point and deep as well. So, we continued off with the cliffhanger of ep.4 as Denji's getting ready to make the deal with Power happen and after the deal is done, Denji goes to Makima to do some paperwork of all of the devil disposals. Denji's looking like he's in shock and down about something and Makima noticed that. So, she asked him if anything was bothering him. Denji tells her that the experience he just had didn't feel right and was second guessing himself was it all for nothing. Makima explained to Denji why he didn't feel that feeling he was hoping for. After explaining, Makima also asked Denji if he could kill the "Gun Devil" for exchange to make anything that he dreams of come true. Makima also explained to Denji that they don't know where the Gun Devil is but if they get enough parts of where it been, they can track it. She mentioned that this devil has killed about 1.2 million people. Denji agrees and Special Division 4 is on the move to a hotel to potentially find the Gun Devil. In the process, we get introduced to the four rookies as well. Also, there's some information of Aki backstory as well. Once they arrive at the hotel, the team planned out whoever kills the Gun Devil will get something in return and that got Denji's attention real quick. As they're inside of the hotel and going to floor to floor to see if they can spot this devil, the team reaches the 8th floor and one of the rookies noticed that it becomes repetitive which causes confusion. Overall, this episode will get a 3.1/5 because we're now starting to see what Special Division 4 all about and also how well they can work together as a team.
