Top Gun: Maverick Mini Review
The long-awaited Top Gun sequel has returned with Top Gun: Maverick. Now, it's been since 1986 since the original was first released and with todays climate in movies with sequels that come years later, they're aren't that good. Not in this case though, Top Gun: Maverick gives a powerful, inspirational, and motivational message in its story. To brief it up, Pete "Maverick" Mitchell is selected by order to teach the next class on a upcoming mission and he has some doubts about it because after all he's not an instructor, he's a fighter pilot. Plus, he doesn't want the incident to repeat itself from the original. Things don't go as planned which lead Maverick to fly the mission himself as team captain. Overall, this movie is emotional at some points, heartwarming, and has excitement throughout it. Top Gun: Maverick is a 4/5 movie and definitely set the blueprint that movies can take from.
Let me know if you saw Top Gun: Maverick and how did you feel about it. Also, how did it compare to the original. Let's have a chill discussion about it.
